Off the Shoulder Tops, 80s Style

One of the 80’s fashion trends I remember well is the off the shoulder tops, which by the way, I still love today. I clearly remember my sideways ponytail and off the shoulder, belly exposed tops. I must have been like in the 4th or 5th grade and thinking how fabulous I looked sporting the Madonna and Cyndi Lauper style. ;)

Recently, this look has made a comeback, or perhaps it never left, but naturally the style has changed. Even so, I am ecstatic to walk into a clothing store and see a variety of off the shoulder tops on display. Sure the style is not what it used to be back in the 80s, but it will forever be awesome to wear in my book.
